VFX compositing job on a short film

We need a small vfx job done on a new short film. In the scene our main character sees himself inside the polystyrene cases where food is stored at his job. We have filmed a shot with an empty cases and also filmed a shot where the character is sat down, which we want placed into the case. With our lack of experience in this field we tried our hand at the job (which can be seen in the sample material for reference) But we wanted a more professional look to this effect, so the compositing needs to be done again, which is why we are seeking help on it.
