Urgent video editing

I'm looking for someone to put together a simple video of around 200 slides to music for me. It's for my son's 1st Birthday and needs to be done before Monday 22nd. My attempt to do it myself has been a disaster! The video would be very simple, just that the slides need to co-incide with the music and have a short slide length (say 1 second) when the music is fast, with a longer slide length (say 2 seconds) when the music is slower. I wouldn't need any fancy animation or transition.
