URGENT~Guidelines to edit 4 videos (~5 minutes each)

I need someone to urgently check 4 videos (5~8 minutes each) and point the timecodes that need editing.
I don't want the actual editing, only the timecodes.
The deliverable should be something like the example below:
Start - 00:01:11:23 Cut
00:01:11:23 - 00:01:36:20 RUN (But won't keep it, though)
00:01:36:20 - 00:01:54:23 CUT
00:01:54:23 - 00:02:22:07 RUN (But won't keep it, though)

THE ACTUAL PIECE That will be kept is:

specific points that need to be edited: - (Will looks away all the time!)
