Top cert only Rework my 20 second YouTube intro + reworked logo

I have a 20 second intro video I'd like reworked with some revisions the video includes Music (I have the licenced for) and should remain the same

I'd like you to take what I have as your jump off point
And reanimate it in a keeping it to 20 seconds (NOT DISNEY LIKE but a softer more cartoon feeling
changing the following
1. The background needs a brighter more lightheartedness feel (magic sky theme)
2. The pigeon style in the upload is my hope
3. She flies across the screen dropping a crochet hook again I'd like the likeness of the real hook used in cartoon form.
4a. The yarn comes to life (stays the same) spelling my brand name however again I'd like this reworking slightly with a more 3d animation keeping all loops the exact same
B. The brand name is my logo but made to match 4a in a circle ready to be used as a YouTube profile picture
5. A puff of smoke transition this needs reworked to more magical
6. The text needs reworked each bullet point should be written as if made by yarn
