To create a small video intro for a logo

I have a logo that I would like to create a video intro for. The brand is called "Bloomin' Women" and logo incorporates a budding flower (see attached). I would like to create a video intro of a timelapse flower budding/opening into bloom and morphing into the flower of the logo followed by a fade in of text from the logo.
