Teach me Adobe After Effects

I've been trained in video editing using another software. Since, Adobe has the leading software, I'd like to learn to use it. Also, I've purchased some templates that I would like to modify. This will likely be a 3 hour session. I need someone who can facilitate this training via an online webmeeting where I can view your desktop and ask appropriate questions. One who is highly fluent in English is critical.
