Talented Video Editor for Simple Video

We need a simple video edit as follows:

Fade in at start and out at end;

2-
Speed up footage between (very aprox). 0:51 sec - 1:22;

3-
(aprox.) 2:34, add the image attached to video. Please make some motion (so image appears to pan a little and/or maybe zooms in slowly) so it looks more like a video than a static image.

Thats all that needs doing. Should be a very quick job for skilled editor.
