Subtitles adding to my video for Facebook

I have 4 videos ranging around 30 seconds long which I need subtitles along the bottom and our logo putting in the top right hand corner of the video. They also need to be cropped to a 4:5 ratio.
Full subtitles are provided, along with the breakdown (see attached word document), I just need them changing at the right time in relation to the people speaking.
I also need a still frame (provided) adding to the end of each video lasting 5 seconds, please can we fade quite fast into this.
Subtitles, still frame and logo all attached. Videos will be attached after.
Subtitles need to be in Roboto font, black outline with white centre (for speaker 1) and yellow centre (for speaker 2) so they stand out.
