Starmer's EU song

I wanted a 3 minute video (probably using AI) to upload to YouTube. The video should feature UK Prime MInister Keir Starmer 'singing' new words I have written for the Beatles song 'Back in the USSR'. Starmer should be half singing half droning on in the boring way he always does, I will provide the karaoke backing track and lyrics. The main image should be Starmer but perhaps to one side there should be some images which I will provide.
