Starmer EU song 2

I want to make a satirical video probably using AI of UK prime minister Keir Starmer 'singing' (droning in his boring voice) new words I have written for the Beatles song 'Back in the USSR'. The video should be about 2 minutes long. There is a small instrumental bit during which I wanted the Starmer figure to do some kind of ridiculous dance. There will only be three background visuals which I will provide. I will also provide the Karaoke soundtrack to the song and the new lyrics I have written.

I don't need Holywood level production. Just something to make Starmer look like a fool and make people laugh.

I also need the lyrics to appeaar at the base of the screen as Starmer is 'singing' them
