Special Effect

I'm seeking an adept After Effects artist to subtly integrate two planar assets crossing paths within the backdrop of a provided video clip. As demonstrated in supporting materials, the planes must seamlessly track and flow with the movement and perspective changes of the footage in a believably natural manner.

The artist should skillfully cut and composite the planes to give the illusion they are traversing through the 3D space portrayed in the video. The planes need to maintain persistent motion and realistically trail behind as they intersect on their lateral axis, resembling a sideways cross. Achieving a photography-like quality of integration is paramount so the composited elements appear genuinely present in the scene yet discreetly so as not to distract from the main subject and story.

Advanced planar tracking, roto skills, depth manipulation and particle rendering may be required to pull off this subtle yet meticulous effect. The goal is to leave viewers wondering if what they saw was real or embellished. This is a challenging conceptual VFX piece that demands a masterful command of After Effects to seamlessly weave virtual planes within live-action reality. Candidates should be highly proficient in integrating 3D elements, match moving, multi-layer compositing and maintaining visual coherency.
