Simple Video Edit

We need to merge 2 videos (use the first part from one video and the second part from another).

1-
Add fade in at start;

2-
Merge the 2 videos in the best way (possibly end first one at ~1:35 and start the second one at ~1:54 using a quick fade out/in between?);

3-
Add a fade out/outro screen at the end with Aurrus logo (attached).

This should take a skilled editor an hour max :-)
