Simple budget templated animation / motion graphics for training videos

I am looking for someone to create simple animation / motion graphics for a training channel. We are very happy to consider templated budget options.

On weekly basis we will send you the audio and we would like you to create the visual to match it. I estimate it will be around 10 - 20 minutes of video a week.

We dont have a rigid idea of exactly what we want, we are very open to suggestion and your creative input. As long as its entertaining and helps the audio come alive we are interested.

I have a 40 second audio test clip we can start with.

Please include examples of animation / motion graphics you have created previously, preferably ones that were done on a budget.
