Short video incorporating my logo for start of you tube video clips

I sell outdoor fitness rigs and we are looking for a professional start clip to my exercise videos for my you tube. I include a link to a company KITBRIX who i know people per hour did the there logo starter clip on their you tube videos. I enclose the logo design for FITNESS TREE the company. It has the tag line below the logo 'functional fitness solutions'. It only needs to be very simple like the one in the kitbrix example. Maybe a short music clip to go with it. I just want to link it into the front of each video and at present do this on quicklime player where i download the video from my i phone onto my apple lap top.
