Shoot a low budget music video (Pop/Club) Theme

Hi Everyone! I'm an upcoming artist and I'm looking to shoot my first low budget video for around £400! I don't mind whether it's green screen, backdrops or even a bar! If you have a smoke machine, lasers, lights that will be great as this is what i require, I want to shoot the video ASAP

Location - Surrey/London

My music is uptempo pop/club themed so I'm hard working and willing to accept working with a person or a group of people who are looking to help me complete a decent professional video that has star quality!
