Require Videographer in London (Camden) to film an event

We are looking for someone who is able to film a live event that we are hosting. We are currently looking on the 10th October to host a live webinar with a demonstration. We are looking for someone who is physically able to visit the location which is near Camden and film live the webinar which we then want to be hosted on something like zoom. We need someone who is physically present, can use our account for live streaming and therefore will be able to broadcast and record the event live. There will be no requirement for editing the footage. At present there will be a maximum of 6 people in the event who will be presenting the webinar and then they will be demonstrating non surgical process. The Webinar is no longer than 4 hours (to be confirmed) but we need to understand if we can get someone to come to the venue on the 10th October and offer this type of service for us. There will be internet connection at the location and also a laptop. We will need the person videoing to provide their own camera device which is possible to connect to the laptop / zoom account and broadcast live what is being demonstrated / presented. We would want to record the whole event for future use.
