Remove text/wording from 2 MP4 videos

Hi, I need an experienced video editor to remove the text/wordings overlay from two MP4 videos.

What needs to be done
✅ Remove all visible text/wording from both videos
✅ Do NOT crop or change framing
✅ Keep the original size, quality, and duration
✅ Keep the logo on the last part (do not remove it)
✅ Ensure the removed area looks clean with no obvious blur, flicker, or warping

Same resolution + same length as originals
Audio unchanged
