Remove aliasing on a striped tie in training videos

I have recorded 4 hours of training videos - and have only just noticed that there is some quite strong aliasing on a striped tie. I want to removing the aliasing. There are 22 videos totalling 4 hours 6 minutes at 1280x720.

I would like to test out your solution on the first 4 minute video - and if it is good get the rest resolved.
