Record video clips online and provide me with digital files

I'm looking for someone who can record video content that's currently posted online (they're not YouTube videos) and provide me with digital files of that content.

I will provide the URLs for 15 video clips. (Something like this, for example: https://www.today.com/video/layering-101-mixing-jewelry-metals-layering-2-skirts-and-more-1026666563822) I'd like to have those videos clips (they're around 3-5 minutes each) recorded, cropped to fit, and trimmed into separate mp4 or m4v files that I can later upload to YouTube. This is something I normally do on my own using iShowU and iMovie.

The final files that are passed to me:
- must be recorded using internal computer sound (I don't want to hear someone sneeze or keyboard typing or room echoes).
- must be cropped in so that no extraneous part of the website is visible.
- must be trimmed on either end to remove any pauses or irrelevant content to that particular clip
- must have a fade in at the beginning and a fade out at the end of the video clip. (I ususally use Cross-Dissolve on both ends.)
- must be a 100% YouTube-ready file so that once uploaded, it will look something like this, for example: https://youtu.be/89vF1S0eH0E?list=PLVn1ZdfiPPpqxdOLZJTr24pSrxYXmXdsE.

I'd ideally like to find someone I can work with on an ongoing basis. I'll have about 5 -10 new links per month to pass over.
