Re-edit existing videos to optimise for Facebook newsfeed

We have a series of videos on osper.com - e.g. https://osper.com/young-people

We need to create a quick 30 second video for Facebook which compresses the main benefits of Osper.
- Needs to have text overlay... (FB autoplay is on silent.
- Voice might need to be redone (although if we can re-edit Davina's voice even better).
- Needs to be eye catching at the beginning to make people stop and watch... e.g. speed up video...
