Promotional video for our company website

We are FenixQuant, a startup that sells automated trading software for MetaTrader 5. We are looking for a freelancer to create an 85-second promotional/marketing video for our own website — this is standard marketing content to present our company and our service to visitors.
Scope: French version only, 16:9 format (1920×1080).
A detailed brief is attached (PDF): scene-by-scene script, voiceover lines, on-screen text, and our brand style (dark background, cyan accents). We've written everything needed — you just need to bring the motion design and animation skills.
We're looking for clean, professional fintech-style visuals: dark background, glowing accents, dashboard/data animations — the kind of video a serious tech company would put on its homepage.
