Professional Intro and Outro videos

Hi,

I am looking to have the following created please;

1) 5 - 10 sec intro video, that I can mix into our YouTube videos.
Needs to be modern, include our logo and strap line as well as mixed nicely with some catchy music. Looking for a bit more than just a revolving Logo, that I have seen on the PPH hourlies.

2) 5 second outro video, with music thanking the viewer for watching and detailing how they can connect with us, i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
