Product Video - Change the brand name on a CAD derived video

We have a manufacturer's CAD derived 60 Second exhibition stand system product video as mp4 format that needs their brand name removing and replacing with our brand for the product. A fair part of the video had no branding, mainly the animation at the beginning and end.

Jpeg attached shows the kind of branding to remove, and replace. It would be ideal if possible to turn red colours to our brand green colour and overlay our company details.
