Premier Pro Template

I am looking to have a template designed for either Premier Pro or Final Cut, where there is an image on the left and a video on the right, I am doing a 5 minute educational video and would like to add the text and image in and add video also I have attached a sample which might be easier to explain. I am not an expert in video editing so something easy to work with is important Thanks
