    I am not sure if this is a serious question or rhetorical.

    Either way I shall answer.

    I acknowledged it was low. It is for an internal thing and so does not need the production values I know many people can add to it.

    In submitting this I acknowledge that I am unlikely to get a UK based freelancer.
