I would like some png graphics turning into a 20 second long, MP4 video (1280x720). The artwork and storyboard has been done already by a designer, so it's just a simple case of animating it into video format - no sound is needed.
It's for an advert for a car repair firm and should be a simple, straightforward job. Please let me know if you have any questions at all, and how long the job is likely to take.

Would the PNG actually be animated? As in moving, like a GIF?
Or do you just want the PNG image to be changed to a video format?
