Part-time editor for a depth-first YouTube channel

I’m looking for an editor who can do more than cut footage.

This channel is intellectually dense and idea-driven. The job is to help shape meaning, pacing, clarity, and retention. I care about judgment, compression, and editorial instinct as much as software skill.

You may be a strong fit if you:

edit in Premiere and are comfortable with subtitles, zooms, callouts, screen inserts, and light motion graphics
know how to tighten a long conversation or idea-heavy piece into something compelling
care about hooks, cold opens, pacing, structure, and visual rhythm
are curious about AI, systems, entrepreneurship, personal operating models, or serious knowledge content
want real portfolio-building work
