Need Videographer for B2B Video Case Study Shoot in Devon (2-hour shoot + editing)

I'm looking for a professional and skilled videographer for a shoot in Devon at the start of April (dates TBC). The video will be roughly 2 min video, with a mix of 1-person interview format footage and establishing/environmental shots. We’re looking for a fairly fast-paced, engaging video with dynamic and interesting shots of the local area and products to complement the interview footage.

The shoot will last roughly 2-3 hours, which comprises of around 45 mins for recording the interview and 1 hour - 2 hours for recording everything else.

We’re looking for someone who can record and edit the footage to a very high quality and have an initial draft over to us quickly – this video is designed to not only promote our business but also our client’s.

Please note;
- The interview content/video script will be provided by us and so just need the video and audio recorded and then professionally edited.
- We will give minor creative input on the filming of environmental shots, otherwise, you’ll be expected to independently get the shots you think will make a great video.
- The turnaround time of this content is short, and therefore need prompt communication from you throughout the process.
- In terms of production, tweaks to the initial draft should be included in the price (we'd expect at least 3 edits if necessary - however, we normally only need 1 or 2 with videographers we already use). An initial draft should be sent within a few days of filming and ideally will have the final video ready for publishing within 14 calendar days.
- We’ll provide music for the video and will deal with photography on the day.
- Travel Expenses are expected to be factored into the project cost.
- You will meet with myself and a colleague at a date & time to be arranged – we’ll send over the exact location of the shoot once we've selected a videographer.
