Need to create a new video with image and video swap

Hi,

I am looking for a video editor to create a new video based on the sample video.

The work is to create a new video the same as the sample video with a new image and video swap.

Please follow the instruction notes in the word document, where to use the image and video swap accordingly to the scenes.
