Need someone to video an interview with subject in London

We will provide a list of questions that will need to be asked of the subject. The subject will have these questions beforehand and will be prepared with responses. Cameraman should capture multiple angles of the interview but can use one camera to do so (stop, reposition, record, repeat) if necessary. We would also like b-roll approaching the subject's office and maybe some shots inside to break up the interview in post production. We will handle all post production work. Just looking for raw video.

We do not have specific dates yet, but would probably be looking at the March/April timeframe.

We require raw or log footage 2.5k (or more) resolution
Black Magic, Red, arri or Sony cameras
We would also like to get professional sound recording, such as rode ntg-2 or similar
