Need someone's hair colour changed across 5 short videos.

We have 5 short videos ranging from 20sec to 2min long. These videos feature a hair extension product being added to someone's hair. The problem is that the hair extension colour does not appear match the person's natural hair due to the lighting. We need the extension to have it's hue changed to match the person's hair or the person's hair changed to match the extension (whichever is easiest).

This needs to be done across all 5 videos. Who can help me do this quickly and cost-effectively?
