Need FX specialist to complete 25 sec of gun shooting

In this 25 sec shot, 2 footage, intercut with 1 girl in a front car, and 3 guys in the rear shooting each other.
Need specialists to stabilize, add animated muzzle flare, smoke after that, spinning bullet shells, bullet chain going into the catradge, ( the girl's machine gun.)
All the weapons in the scene are automatic weapons. M249, AK47, MP5, so please check the firing rate. Blur the spinning shells. Add some dirt. Muzzle flare transparency between 20 to 38. Need slightly color correction. Muzzle flare, shell, dirt, will be provided.
Bullet holes on the back of the first car is necessary. Only 3.
We also need to remove the background building seen.
Rendered spec: We provide R3D 4K, or Tiff 2K. Set color space at DCI P3 5900K. Duration 25 Sec. Deliver in Tiff sequence files 16 bit. Aspect ratio 1:1.85 2048 X 1108
