Need elements removing / masking from 15 sec clip of video

I have a piece of video footage which needs some cones removing and resupplying back in high res format (3840 × 2160). The image shows the location of the six cones that need removing / masking. There are two orange ones, two white ones and two yellow ones. They are all visible in the opening frames, then slowly disappear as the drone shot moves upwards. I will need to wetransfer video clip as it is 100mg in size.
