Motion Tracker Animator for Live Performance

We're looking for a skilled animator who can track and replicate the movements of a performer on stage. The goal is to create a dynamic visual representation of the performance, where an arrow or indicator follows the performer's movements in real-time or post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track the movement of a performer on stage, including body position, hand movements, and other actions

2. Create a visual representation of the performer's movements using an arrow or indicator

3. Ensure smooth and accurate tracking of the performer's movements
