Making A Video Of The Future

We are having our founder's day program at church in 7 days and I have to present a video. I have the video but I need it fine tuned with slight editing. The main thing is that the people going to the church in the video will be very real looking and also the children whom you see with their pictures in the video can you set the pictures of these children to be 15 years or 20 years older the last one Depending on the price I may just need one of these things done but the most important will be to have the children older like for example in the video, the child is 8 years old. Make them to appear as 25 years old
