I am looking for the fonts of "Ministry of Experience" to be highlighted around the edge in a dynamic fashion as seen on the video of the Vans logo from 1.15. The edges of the fonts highlighted like a neon line takes from 1.15 - 1.34 to cover all the edges. Obviously, I would only require a similar effect for a fraction of that time. Say approx - 3 Seconds.
The sound to support the animated dynamic logo is called "earcing" and can be found on http://www.freesoundeffects.com/free-sounds/electric-sounds-10032/ under electrical sounds.
