Just need help cutting footage and file conversion

I have a a massive zip file that contains a lot of golf tournament footage from 2019. I am not sure if they are separated into clips or not but I do not have the storage capacity.

I need someone to download the files and to split them in to manageable clips of no more than a few minutes at a time (trying not to cut off anything mid clip) and share them back to me via a dropbox or google drive folder where I can download and edit them thru smaller, individual clips.

Just a file a sharing issue I am since I am not necessarily equipped for footage like this but need to just make them downloadable clips to my phone where I can edit them, thank you!
