Improve a software overview video

I have a video online whose concept is the overview of a software interface, its all put together but it needs edition, transitions, etc. because right now, it looks static and boring, Here is my video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gq-dnJQ3JLg

I need someone with initiative that can make my video look a little bit like that and someone who doesn't require so many directions or a script for every specific part, so to wrap it up this is what I want that you do with my video:

GENERAL INDICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
-use zoom-in to show detailed moves in the interface.
-sometimes typing on the screen took a long time, make it happen faster if possible, cut where is necessary.

SPECIFIC INDICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
-0:54 There is a list of countries showing up too fast. Zoom-in and pause to show them in detail.
-1:04 A video of a simultaneous action pops up in the screen, is not well made.
-3:14 Please zoom in to show the countries options clearly
