I need a video of an industry awards ceremony which takes place at a venue close to Liverpool Street Station in London on the 19th November.
Ceremony is from 6pm to 8.30pm - drinks and canapes (not a sit down dinner). Actual ceremony runs from 7pm to 7.45pm.
Two versions of the video would be needed: around a 10 minute 'full' version and 3 minute (or shorter) 'promo' version.
Brief will include filming of the winners collecting their awards, crowd / networking shots of the audience, short vox pops with audience, short interviews with main winner, host, three sponsors.
The last video we did was in 2005 - http://youtu.be/SaJNNJcZ39Y - ceremony section for reference from 3m30s to around 5m30s.
No location shooting required other than the location of the ceremony. The edit should incorporate a few of the high resolution phots we have for the winners.
The purpose of the long video is as a reference for the sponsors and a source of information for architects and designers interested in using timber. The purpose of the short video is to host it on our website and share is as widely as possible to help raise awareness of the awards.
I am the organiser of the event.
