I need to produce a short video for a crowd funding campaign

I need to produce a short video in relation to the launch of a crowd funding campaign. I have a month to raise the funds so the video needs to be shot and edited pretty quickly. It may involve some filming in Budapest. In addition to the producing of the film, I will need it edited, music etc. I will also need advice on PR as ideally this will be something I can get into the national press and TV as well as online.

I have some ideas but am not set on any one direction so would appreciate artistic input.
