I need someone, in ISLAMABAD PAKISTAN to host a video call on their pc or laptop

I need a person who is based in Islamabad, Pakistan to host a video conference on their laptop on Monday 3rd November between the hours of 4pm and 9pm Pakistan time. We will provide the software. You will need a laptop with webcam and broadband connection, and possibly earphones. We have a Pakistan resident who we want to meet with over video, but he does not have a PC to have the conference. You will need to have room where he can talk to us in private. Ideally we want to do a test call within the next 12 to 24 hours to ensure it works.
