I need some video magic worked on a short (2.5 min) showreel video

I have a two and a half minute promotional video for my juggling which I have had to shoot on a budget and I have edited together, and am actually quite happy with the results. What I'm looking for now is someone to work some video magic on it to give it a bit of extra punch, through enhancing the images, extra visual effects, or any other enhancements to the footage to give it a bit more 'razzle dazzle' and a more professional look.

Please note the budget is the maximum I have available for this project, and I understand that this will limit what can be done. I'm interested in knowing what you can do within the budget.

Time is also a big factor, and I will favour people who can get it done sooner.
