I need some video footage of my nieces wedding turned into a short video

I have about 45-50 mins of video footage shot at my nieces wedding using a consumer video camera. I would like unusable footage removed and then a short video produced with titles and music reflecting a wedding. Ideally, I would like to include surfing in the titles/transitions as they were both keen surfers in Australia.
There are also some still pictures which could be incorporated.
