I need professional product video editing

I have product videos I need edited for youtube and Instagram. My budget is 3-4 dollars per video. I think I have 10 to 20 videos to do. I need soft background music playing in the background (which I will select) to remove the white sound And also my website url and logo at the end. Need the video to be 15-18 seconds as some parts might be cut due to the shaky camera. I took the videos. I will also need editing of the videos to remove or smoothen my fingers as you can see my little hairs on my fingers. I used a macro camera that is why you can see every minute detail. Just need someone to make my videos presentable to the public. I might also need you to merge two videos together to one ie the good parts of each video to make one video. Thank you.
