I need our event filming

We are holding a 3 day event (15,16,17th May) at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel in London. The schedule is set to be 9am-6.30pm for the 3 days there is a lunch break and then regular 15 minute breaks throughout the day as we change speakers. Your lunch will be provided and snacks.

I need the final recording to be delivered by hard-drive ready for us to upload to our members area after the event in day sections (Day 1, day 2 and day 3) We have AV technicians so you can take a sound feed from them should needed.

A simple one camera capture from the central back of the room is what we are after no need to embed the slides of the presentation into the edit as clients are getting these in PDF note form.

You are responsible for setting up in time for a 9am start and providing any extra lighting you might need should you need any.

Looking to pay daily rate and for it to include the simple edit for delivery. Please send over your quotes and any experience.
