I need an on page SEO expert to optimise my current articles

I'm looking for an expert on page SEO to help convert my current website's articles.

This means I'm not looking for someone to write content (it's already written).

What I am looking for is someone who can convert my articles to be better optimised for Google.

You will need to take my normal blocks of text and convert them into articles that look more like this - http://backlinko.com/skyscraper-technique

So this means:
- space between each sentence
- checking each sentence for readability and changing text as appropriate.
- adding internal and external links to the text
- changing subheading and the article title as you see fit
- finding relevant images, graphs, tables, video and adding this to the text

...plus anything else you see fit.

There are a bunch of articles so first stop would be help me with one, then move on to the others!

I'm working on a fixed price per article and each article is between 1,000 - 2,000 words long.
