I need a webinar edited

IMPORTANT - I forgot to mention. I will have the assets ready tomorrow night UK time (Weds 8 Feb at 9pm UK time and if possible I need a 24-hour turnaround).

UPDATE - The webinar is 75 mins long with 29 slides. I want all of the slides replaced with high-quality jpegs made from the pdf (I will supply the jpegs).

I need a GoToWebinar recording tidied up using Camtasia. I will have the following assets:
- Raw screen recording as an mp4
- Original powerpoint file
- Screen capture of the video feeds (take with Snagit).

The main thing I want is for the slides from the recording to be replaced with better images taken direct from the powerpoint deck. And really bad pauses and glitches removed. I can supply all the assets with dropbox and would like the resulting MP4 saved back to dropbox.

I need two versions:
a) One - WITHOUT WEBCAMS - to distribute for download (so smaller file size is good)
b) Second version (larger file OK) with webcams to upload to our streaming library.
