I need a videographer to film an event and edit for multi use

The Leaders’ List is run by Dimensions with Learning Disability England and VODG as official partners for the second year running.
Judges chose 7 Leaders per the 6 categories we have that’s 42 ‘winners’ altogether (At least 2 out of 3 judges have a learning disability and/or autism).

The Leaders List event (internal name) on the 29th Nov is a celebration for the category winners from this year's‘ Learning Disability and Autism Leaders List’.
70% of the event attendees will have a learning disability and/or autism. The event is a celebration with activities to suit everyone. It will be in Birmingham city centre. Reg opens at 1pm and it closes at 4pm.

Project to include on the day filming (staged filming before delegates arrive, set up shots and more).
Editing to include a full 3 min video and approx 3x 30/45 second videos

project to be completed before end of 2019 if possible (negotiable)
