I need a text video intro

I'm looking for something similar to the video attached. I would like the background text to be made up of 6 or 7 place names with the main title 'This Is Stourbridge' in the centre box and tag line 'For What's Important In Your Community' below. 10 seconds approx.

In the example video four different places transition on the screen. I don't want it like this. I'd like just one screen with 'This Is Stourbridge' in the main box, with the tagline underneath and the text in the background to be made up of the 6 or 7 place names repeated. I will provide the place names.

I'd like the same sort of animation as in the video attached. thanks.
