I need a short video

I am a marketing director for a construction company. I need to show a visual description of the "balance" between Cost, Quality and Schedule by showing a three-legged stool.
Please refer to the attached file "Three-Legged Stool" for a starting point.
In the video, we'll need to show the stool appearing within the frame, the potential client's logo appearing (or being etched) on the seat, the words "Cost", "Quality" and "Schedule" appearing (or being etched) within the legs, and the pie-shaped, colored triangles appearing.
Then after a few seconds, there is a "invisible" saw that cuts through the "Schedule" leg (just under the "E"), the tip of the leg disappears, and the stool tips to the side.
After another second, the stool leans back up to the normal position and a "replacement" leg tip is introduced that now supports the entire stool. (This "replacement" leg tip should look more sturdy than the original -- maybe it's represented by a pentagon-shaped, red-colored reinforcement).
Then after a few seconds the invisible saw cuts through the "Cost" and "Quality" legs, and the red, pentagon "replacement" leg tips show up beneath them to show complete support of the stool.
I might have some text show up after that, but I haven't decided what that would be yet.

I prefer to pay per hour so that I get quality work (since you spend time on it) and not rushed work (which is what I get with a fixed price). I also pay extra for speed. Please give me your hourly rate and an approximate timeline for completion (within the estimated duration below -- which is less than a week).
